First sign up to the site ...it is very easy just needs an email address...

then choose the proper answer in next page that appears:

then continue to your home page:

then click on start course:

here you can choose Active French or Basic French, for active you must pay but the basic is free, for choosing basic you must go to down of the page, it is in a brown color frame:

then click on start to start the course:

after starting you will start the first lesson of the first unit, each lesson contains 40 words or phrases I recommend to have a notebook and take a note of the words or phrases with the pronunciation even in your mother language, it might seem a little difficult for the first unit but after a while you will learn how to pronounce them. after learning and reviewing them you are required to do writing and speaking, you must submit the exercises to some people, they are mostly native ,French, you can make friends with them, they are really helpful. I believe if you are really interested in learning French, it only takes at most 6 months to be fluent in French.
Good luck Ghazale, I hope this post is helpful. any question do not hesitate to ask.

feelings

sometimes a feeling of sadness comes into my heart without any reason, or maybe without me knowing the reason...
then I feel so lonely, so sad, and all my problems and sorrowfulness come to my mind...then I just need to cry...
maybe I miss my family, my childhood, myself...

ABGOOSHT

Tonight we have guests, our friends, it has been a long time since we invited them last time so last night we decided to invite them for dinner and they accept it.

Today

Today was a busy day for me...most of my time passed in the kitchen...I prepared Koofteh rizeh, then lunch for today a Gilani food which is called " Bademjan varaghe" a simple food which takes only 30minutes to get ready.
First peel the eggplant(as much as you like for two person two eggplant is enough) then fry or grill it, I myself grilled it with grill pan to reduce the consumption of oil. then cut the tomatoes (3middle size is enough) in circle form, in a pan put some oil and put the tomatoes in it and add some pepper and salt and after 3minutes add a layer of eggplant then mix 2egg really well and add it to the pan then turn the flame very low your food will be ready in 15-20minutes. it is very delicious try it.

After preparing lunch I did the washing up and started to prepare the ingredient for " Torshi Liteh" which is a sour taste that we Iranian like to have beside our main food in lunch or dinner. unfortunately I ran out of vinegar so I have to prepare it tomorrow after coming back from university, If Allah wants it to be done.

Koofteh rizeh,A delicious food

Today I made this wonderful food which is from the west of Iran, Kermanshah. I am not from Kermanshah but I love to try traditional Iranina food from all over Iran.
I decided to share with you this delicious experience, so here you are:(with this amount I got 12Koofteh as can be seen in the photos)

Ingredient:
Minced meat ......................................................300gram
Onion ...................................................................2 middle size
Split peas .............................................................half a cup
Rice ......................................................................half a cup or even less
Eggs .....................................................................2small size or 1 big size
salt, pepper, turmeric........................................as much as needed
wheat flour .........................................................2table spoon
Sugar ...................................................................2 table spoon
tomato paste ......................................................2tablespoon
Verjuice or sour orange juice ...........................2poon
Dried vegetables including( Savory,Log,Mint,Tarragon)..1 table spoon

First we cook the split peas with enough water. then mash it.
secondly, we put all the wheat flour in a pan and cook int for almost 5minute until the smell of flour changes.
then grate one of the onions into the meat.add mashed split peas and one spoon of wheat flour to it. also add some salt some pepper and turmeric and around 1/4 spoon of dried vegetables.
now leave it to rest and start preparing the sauce .
for the sauce grate another onion and put it in a pot with 3spoon oil (whatever you like) then after it started to change color add some turmeric and pepper and one other spoon of wheat flour and 2spoon of tomato paste fry it for 3to 5minutes.add the rest of vegetables to it and then the rice and around 4cup(big one) water. when it started to boil add some salt and sugar and 2spoon of verjuice or sour orange juice which I prefer.let it to boil for around 10minutes.
now it's time we go back to Koofteh.
add the eggs to meat and massage it as well as you can. take a small ball of it and fry it into a hot oil in a pan.after frying all meatballs put them in the sauce and let boil for another 15 to 20 minutes.the sauce must be thick.
the taste is very optional you can choose either sweet by adding more sugar or sour by adding more sour juice.
here is some photo from mine( I don't know why my meatballs are nor round!)

Still we have not had it. in fact it is for tomorrow lunch since I will be busy for tomorrow I made it today.that's why I don't have decorated it yet.

Master

It feels just wonderful when my brain keeps thinking about the process of my project...and whenever I find a clue it's like discovering a whole new world...thank you my dear creator this is all because you gave me the ability of watching, analyzing, thinking, memorizing and so on I am not able to count them all just accept my appreciation.

I feel like...

I feel like I am a loser...no matter what I gained it did not worth doing it...
today I was thinking to myself why I came to this world? what is my aim? what is the definition of a good and fruitful life?
in almost 2months I will turn 27 and when I look back to this years I think from a time to now I have not been satisfied with myself, with my decisions.
It's like I have bought something with a price of 4times or more bigger than what it is worth.
