Long time no news...

It is really sad that after a long time you sign in to your weblog and there is no comment...it means you are completely lonely...

During this period that I was absent in here a lot of wonderful things happened to me...

The most exciting one is that now I am a Mother...yes now I am four months pregnant with my baby boy...we even have decided about his name: Hosein...

My parents in law were my guests for one month and we enjoyed the time...

now I am busy with the list of baby things...I go to shopping malls but I don't know why I can not decide which one is suitable for me...specially for stroller...I hope anyone who has some experience would help...

Time travels really fast

These days that my mother is my guest are passing really fast. I wish I could stop it somewhere...
only one week is left from Ramadan and I had the chance to fast all these 21days, with special aids from Allah.
I try my best to make my mother feel happy and comfortable at my home...also my husband tries his best to do so...
Dear Allah , please help us to understand more of your gifts.

Long time...

It's been around 3years that I could not fast because of bad stomachache...but this year I have decided to fast and I hope that Allah will help me with my task Insha Allah.
Today we fasted and it felt great...although in Malaysia the body needs more water and I get more thirsty but still it totally worth fasting for the feeling in the Eftar time...
I will Allah bless all of us and help us with our tasks.

The coming Ramadan...

As you might know, Muslims all over the world fast one month a year and the month is called fasting month and the name is"Ramadan al Mobarak". During this month every Muslim that has reached a certain age and a certain situation should fast. The fasting period is from the sunrise to the sunset...during this period the fasting Muslim should not have anything and even should not smoke...this may seem tough but in fact it feels great specially in the sunset when you break the fast it feels like being an angle...it is like you are full of hope toward your creator to accept your apology for all your sins...
and we believe during this month all holy Quran our holy book has been sent to our prophet " Mohammad" peace be upon him.
There are three nights in this month that we believe the next year happenings and fate would be written on these nights by Allah our creator so we pray a lot on these nights to Allah to write us a good coming year...
I hope all of you have a great time in next Ramadan starting from the 1st August ...

I am feeling better

These days I am much better... and I am starting to cheer up for everything I have in my life...
Last night was a great night, we spent it with a family from my city in Iran and they were really friendly , we had a great dinner and we stayed out until around midnight...being with new people was exiting ...
I should start cleaning up every where at home since I will have some guests in 3weeks...and after that maybe (INSHA ALLAH) my mother and my aunt with her baby boy will come in September...so I have a lot of reason to be happy.Thank Allah...
I am thinking of new method to quit my bad habit of cracking my fingers...here is the list of things that I can do to remember not to crack my fingers:
1.wearing a ring as a reminder
2.growing my nails
3. whenever I remembered just stop cracking no matter how many of fingers have been cracked.
4.when I am under stress I just put my hands on my legs separately so one hand can not touch the other one...
If you have any information or experience on this habit would you please share?

First post in 27

My birthday passed without any special thing to happen...I got disappointed and upset just like the years before and again I did not have a birthday like many other years...in fact I think except my childhood and once in my bachelor in Ferdowsi university I did not have a birthday...you know it is going to be one of my biggest wish now to blow a candle on my birthday but who cares?!
anyway I am not really willing to talk about it it hurts a lot...
I received a mixer from our friends, which I do not see any application for it at the moment since I don't have an oven...
I finished my manuscript before my birthday as promised to myself...
Tomorrow is lunch party at the lab and I am invited, I really want to cook something but I just don't feel the mood...I am not in the mood since my birthday, and one of the reasons is that I have been at home for a long time...I am not the kind of women who like staying at home I am the kind of studying or working out of home...
these days I have been feeling really miserable and I don't know why...I miss my parents and my brothers...I am ready to cry at any time and this is far from me...

Only 14days

Only 14days left to my birthday...I'll be a 27 year old woman since 22 of June. I feel that I like it...I think this is the first time that I am really exited about my birthday. and I really like to have a birthday party but who with? only me and my husband or with a great chance our friend just one more family? I like a big party...I wish my family could be here or I could be there...
I miss them a lot.
I don't know why but these days I don't feel like doing anything...I just like to pass my time doing nothing...I have a lot to do but...
Allah please Help me.

Busy with guests

I was very busy with my guests for 9 days. My sister-in-law with her husband came to Malaysia and we spent a happy week together... since they wanted to stay with us for only 9days we had to go out to visit everywhere in the city very quickly and it made us tired ... we went to the beach" Port Dikson" and spent a beautiful day together...Also we went to the Genting Highlands it was very fun...the most of our time passed in the shopping malls. Because Malaysia is hot and staying out for long time is impossible...we also went bowling it turned out to be a good luck for me because I won my husband for the first time... now I am getting ready for the rest of my thesis writing and editing...after having one week full of fun I am full of energy to start all over again everything...

How to learn French with Livemocha!

First sign up to the site ...it is very easy just needs an email address...

then choose the proper answer in next page that appears:

then continue to your home page:

then click on start course:

here you can choose Active French or Basic French, for active you must pay but the basic is free, for choosing basic you must go to down of the page, it is in a brown color frame:

then click on start to start the course:

after starting you will start the first lesson of the first unit, each lesson contains 40 words or phrases I recommend to have a notebook and take a note of the words or phrases with the pronunciation even in your mother language, it might seem a little difficult for the first unit but after a while you will learn how to pronounce them. after learning and reviewing them you are required to do writing and speaking, you must submit the exercises to some people, they are mostly native ,French, you can make friends with them, they are really helpful. I believe if you are really interested in learning French, it only takes at most 6 months to be fluent in French.
Good luck Ghazale, I hope this post is helpful. any question do not hesitate to ask.

ABGOOSHT

Tonight we have guests, our friends, it has been a long time since we invited them last time so last night we decided to invite them for dinner and they accept it.
now I am preparing a very traditional Iranian food named" Abgoosht" . and I decided to teach you how to prepare this delicious food.
first let me explain that if you prepare this food in a special stone pot which is very famous in restaurant in Iran, it is called " Dizi" but I do not have that stone pot so I just prepare it in a regular pot:
here we go
(this amount is for 4 persons)Meat ........................................................... 1 kilogramPea and beans(white is better)................150 grams
Onion............................................................2 big size
Potato............................................................4 medium size
Tomato paste................................................3,4 table spoon
Pepper, salt, turmeric and cinnamon .......as you wish
Dried mint.....................................................1 table spoon

the method is in pictures:

Today

Today was a busy day for me...most of my time passed in the kitchen...I prepared Koofteh rizeh, then lunch for today a Gilani food which is called " Bademjan varaghe" a simple food which takes only 30minutes to get ready.
First peel the eggplant(as much as you like for two person two eggplant is enough) then fry or grill it, I myself grilled it with grill pan to reduce the consumption of oil. then cut the tomatoes (3middle size is enough) in circle form, in a pan put some oil and put the tomatoes in it and add some pepper and salt and after 3minutes add a layer of eggplant then mix 2egg really well and add it to the pan then turn the flame very low your food will be ready in 15-20minutes. it is very delicious try it.

After preparing lunch I did the washing up and started to prepare the ingredient for " Torshi Liteh" which is a sour taste that we Iranian like to have beside our main food in lunch or dinner. unfortunately I ran out of vinegar so I have to prepare it tomorrow after coming back from university, If Allah wants it to be done.

Koofteh rizeh,A delicious food

Today I made this wonderful food which is from the west of Iran, Kermanshah. I am not from Kermanshah but I love to try traditional Iranina food from all over Iran.
I decided to share with you this delicious experience, so here you are:(with this amount I got 12Koofteh as can be seen in the photos)

Ingredient:
Minced meat ......................................................300gram
Onion ...................................................................2 middle size
Split peas .............................................................half a cup
Rice ......................................................................half a cup or even less
Eggs .....................................................................2small size or 1 big size
salt, pepper, turmeric........................................as much as needed
wheat flour .........................................................2table spoon
Sugar ...................................................................2 table spoon
tomato paste ......................................................2tablespoon
Verjuice or sour orange juice ...........................2poon
Dried vegetables including( Savory,Log,Mint,Tarragon)..1 table spoon

First we cook the split peas with enough water. then mash it.
secondly, we put all the wheat flour in a pan and cook int for almost 5minute until the smell of flour changes.
then grate one of the onions into the meat.add mashed split peas and one spoon of wheat flour to it. also add some salt some pepper and turmeric and around 1/4 spoon of dried vegetables.
now leave it to rest and start preparing the sauce .
for the sauce grate another onion and put it in a pot with 3spoon oil (whatever you like) then after it started to change color add some turmeric and pepper and one other spoon of wheat flour and 2spoon of tomato paste fry it for 3to 5minutes.add the rest of vegetables to it and then the rice and around 4cup(big one) water. when it started to boil add some salt and sugar and 2spoon of verjuice or sour orange juice which I prefer.let it to boil for around 10minutes.
now it's time we go back to Koofteh.
add the eggs to meat and massage it as well as you can. take a small ball of it and fry it into a hot oil in a pan.after frying all meatballs put them in the sauce and let boil for another 15 to 20 minutes.the sauce must be thick.
the taste is very optional you can choose either sweet by adding more sugar or sour by adding more sour juice.
here is some photo from mine( I don't know why my meatballs are nor round!)

Still we have not had it. in fact it is for tomorrow lunch since I will be busy for tomorrow I made it today.that's why I don't have decorated it yet.
